At GEORGE PALAGHIU WATCHES LIMITED, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return a watch, please read the information below.
1.Right to cancel your order
For eligible online purchases delivered in the United Kingdom, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your watch, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
You must notify us of your decision to cancel within this period. You will then generally have a further 14 days to return the watch.
2. Condition of returned watches
Please return the watch with reasonable care, including its original packaging, accessories and any documentation supplied.
You may inspect the watch as you would in a shop. However, you may be responsible for any reduction in its value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
3. Return postage
For returns because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the direct cost of return postage, unless we state otherwise.
If your watch is faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described, please contact us. Your statutory consumer rights will apply, and we will explain the appropriate next steps.
4. Refunds
When you cancel an eligible order, we will issue your refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method. Where required by law, refunds include the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.
We may withhold a refund until we receive the returned watch or you provide evidence that it has been sent, whichever happens first.
5. Faulty or damaged watches
If your watch arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us at contact@georgepalaghiu.com with your order number and a description of the problem.
Please do not attempt repairs or modifications before contacting us, as this may complicate the assessment. This does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Pre-orders and cancellations
Our Origin watch may be offered for pre-order before dispatch.
If you wish to cancel a pre-order before dispatch, please contact us at contact@georgepalaghiu.com with your order number.
If your order has already been dispatched, our normal cancellation and return procedures apply, subject to your statutory rights.
Pre-orders and delays
If we are unable to fulfil your pre-order, we will contact you to explain the situation and discuss the available options. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.
